It is a registered society and the working environment is very good. No much stress on working with public cultural & dance functions. Well trained employees and independent work. I have to contact many societies and found out their working atmosphere too. When compared to all society in New Delhi, the Lok kala manch employees get better compensation & benefits.

Dislikes

No disliking about working condition as the benefits to the employees are better. On job training is given by seniors to junior thus improving output as a whole.

Work Details

On the basis of my findings personally, during my six month , it was a good learning experience with other societies/trusts in New Delhi.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Likes

Sincerity and loyality makes one worker/employee happy in the work place. Incentive based on work performance boost them to give better output. Working hard without any expectation will improve standard of living. No substitute for hard & loyal work . Management is good in supporting good employees.

Dislikes

I do not find anything specifically dislike about working. All are happily working there.
