In this company 99% employee could not stay more than 7 months. because the owner is running the company to take revenge of his personal life's failure and frustration. So he hired 2-3 people and torture them mentally. In entire company's history companies max strength was 7 (including developer owner and admin)

Dislikes

Everything. Most terrible part is you have to wash the toilet if you by mistake put a drop outside of the pan. The owner is a sick. At first meeting with him you may be impressed by this over confident words. But those are the wrapper of sick inside

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
