The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technologies and implement them.I received more encouragement, suggestions and guidance from management team to grow to next levels in my career.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but sometimes I have to work late in evening with the team and support them for resolving issues and delivering the build depend on client's emergency request.Also there are no flexible timings.Working on multiple tasks and finishing them on time which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire team in my department and manage day-to-day activities assigned to me and it could be a great working experience in this company.
