I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

No growth, no job security . Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

Handling face to face fundraising, retention calling, fundraising campaign on road trips like - Delhi,NCR , banglore, Chennai, Indore, Chandigarh ext. Team handling, good link with donars ( meetings) .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
