Company is good when I joined HR team is nice and supportive Annual parties Festive gifts Flexible timing

Company is good but no one is permanent except higher level manager or director, my manager who just came 4 months back was very pushy and not so responsive always blame and tell our single mistake everytime, she was just working to save her own position. Company always takes feedback from senior no regular team meeting lack of communication.

Work policy: My 1st year was very good here, my role w manage 3d team and client projects meetings with US clients and fulfilled their requirements working with engineering team is good, tagging catagrization etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Everyone including top management to colleagues are very respectful and supportive. Nice work culture.

Teammates are supportive and the management is very transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
