I didn’t like anything here. Everything is fake. Don’t join here. HR will provoke you for joining, it’s fake. Before joining please go through some of the reviews in google. The review says everything. They are scammers. All the employees are working without salary. If anyone ask them about salary they’ll terminate them. 2,3 months salary is still pending. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
