I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. They have not enough clients in a LM. Yes this company have political environment for those who is trying to get promotion. They keep on eye who are came from mercer or friend who came from previous company in the upper management. Salary is law as per market. They not giving response in ijp result. They only promote only who they like.
