The company welcomes and encourages every employee to bring out improvement and innovative ideas towards the product and company process. The company also opens a web-based training for every employee to improve on there technical skills and it has a sound working atmosphere.

Dislikes

The most thing l hate about this company is the way salaries and appraisals are conducted and l personally is on contract but l am not entitled to a gratuity at the end of my contract.

Has a heavy duty technician at Liebherr Zambia Ltd working doing maintenance and repair services on a T284 electric haul truck there is a lot of pressure to keep the machines availability to the customer's expectation for we are on a mac contract.
