I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. The company welcomes and encourages every employee to bring out improvement and innovative ideas towards the product and company process. The company also opens a web-based training for every employee to improve on there technical skills and it has a sound working atmosphere.

The most thing l hate about this company is the way salaries and appraisals are conducted and l personally is on contract but l am not entitled to a gratuity at the end of my contract.

Has a heavy duty technician at Liebherr Zambia Ltd working doing maintenance and repair services on a T284 electric haul truck there is a lot of pressure to keep the machines availability to the customer's expectation for we are on a mac contract.

Separation is terrible, they don't seem to appreciate what you have done for them as long as they are able to sell parts from the foundation you laid together with them. Zambia in particular.
