BEFORE JOINING LICO PLS GO THERE AND SEE HOW THEY ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S HEALTH...CEO DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING THERE BCOZ HE RARELY COMES AT PLANT The management is terrible and environment inside the company is so bad i worked there for just 1 months and i have visit hospital 2 times there are safety black mass powder is spreading every where even im in Ac seal packed lab there to much black mass is gathered every day . I will suggest that if you have courage to deal with that polluted area & ready to get mental harrased only then go to lico materials. and btw becouse of i left company in middle of the month the holded my salary LOL that much they harras someone....Read More
