Lexicon MILE is one of the worst place to work with .It has high level of insecure work environment with no guarantee whether you will be with organization irrespective of your performance or not. Work culture is bad Not driven by performance …merely driven by sycophant's who only wants to hear "YES BOSS" with no respect for the faculties. You are judged by the brand of clothes you dress up. No value system....Read More

No job security, Cultureless, High level of politics and drama. Career growth only for those who butter. Nine hours of working tooo long for educational institute. Located in remote location of Pune ..if transport facility provided but then no guarantee at what time it can be scrapped off.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
