It was overall a bad experience and also feels like politics and internal management is very debatable. Work as hard as you can, they will just keep asking you for more and no job satisfaction.

They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
