No job security, people working there are full of creep, ill-mannered, even the administration lacks quality. They are self centred, not caring about employees

There one man show, whether he write or wrong. When entered company turn over not increased in last two decades due to that guys

Company leading management focused only one to two people, whether he says write or wrong. In my opinion company group of people not one or two people.

Isolation of active provincial compounds, applying the technique for purification up to required levels or up to customers satisfied level. After that products demo in the plant four to five batches successful.

Only the motivation of a hard working leader the plant head else there is no job security and there are some people who are continuously involved in politics and even a high positioned person COO has interest in downline politics.

Dislikes

Everything no budget, no job security, no increment only tension and everyday just onething you could be out of company without any reason.
