An exposure to different cultures as one can get opportunity to work with a team that has its member from different parts of the world .

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

The company is not ready to provide leave in case of emergency . Leaves taken may cost the loss of the job.

I Worked as a subject matter expert and found that every week the owner came with his new ideas and the repetition of the work continued. This is very boring and monotonous.
