Dislikes

Company lacks transparency with their employees. No proper Leave policy, no increment policy, salary issues are some major drawbacks of LC group.

Work Details

There were many ups and downs mainly in joining and then salary issues, but one thing I like is the multi directional exposure we get. There are so many things to learn.
