There's good guidance/training for field employees

Dislikes

They give silly/illogical reasons to expell from the office. Within 1.8 years they expelled approx 40 employees. There's no proper management system. Work culture is not good. Nepotism and partiality is everywhere. No work-life balance. In house employees have to do overtime (not paid) on a regular basis. No public and festive holidays are available (no leave policy, there's salary deduction for every leave). Salary is ok but there's no appraisal, salary increment or bonus. There's no training for in house employees, so you've to learn everything on your own....Read More
