Almost every thing are not likable. 1. Most of people do not wants to work, if some one wants to do good work then he can not do because of bad company culture, Bad system policies and old higher level management. 2. No force from top level management, at employees, so employees can easily pass 8 hrs without doing any work and without worry for job security and their salary. 3. Higher salary less responsibilities. 4. Company systems and procedure are so complex, that's feels like barickets to doing work easily. 5. Skill of most of employees are poor. 6. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
