Company Head: Must Say, He is such cool & supportive person, always have the best solution to any concern/problem and always there to motivate, encourage & provide the best guidance or help. Manager: Has always been a friend more than a Manager.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me

Launching Career is the best for work.Everything is good.All colleagues are supportive & there is decipline in work.They provide free Breakfast. Tia & Harsh they both are too supportive.
