While I enjoy the freedom and flexibility I have, sometimes the fast-paced nature of the company can be a bit overwhelming. With new features and products being developed rapidly, there's occasionally a lack of structured processes, which can lead to tight deadlines. However, I'm comfident that with the talent and dedication of the team that we have, we can continue to improve in this area.

I really enjoy learning and working here. But sometimes having a small team has its downsides too, but at the same time I look at it as an opportunity to grow. So its a bitter-sweet thing, ranging more on the sweeter note of it.
