About the Job :

We are looking for a highly skilled React JS Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building user interfaces and developing interactive web applications using React.js.

You will work closely with the design, backend, and product teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Your role will require a blend of design and development skills, along with a deep understanding of React.js and frontend technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs in collaboration with the design team.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability across a wide variety of web-capable devices and browsers.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using state management tools like Redux or Context API.

- Work with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure the responsiveness of applications by testing across various devices and browsers.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient JavaScript/React code.

- Follow best practices for code quality, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs to maintain the reliability of the application.

- Ensure that web applications are responsive, accessible, and deliver a seamless user experience.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement high-quality design and user-centric applications.

- Integrate front-end technologies with backend services.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in React.js (Hooks, Class Components, Functional Components).

- Proficiency in JavaScript, including advanced concepts like closures, promises, async/await, destructuring, and modules.

- In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, with experience in responsive design (e., Flexbox, CSS Grid).

- Experience with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or similar.

- Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.

- Experience in building and maintaining reusable React components.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating them into React applications.

- Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.

- Proficient with Git for version control and collaboration.

- Experience with build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, npm, or Yarn.

- Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Mocha.

- Strong debugging skills using browser dev tools and other debugging tools.

- Experience with optimizing React applications for performance using code splitting, lazy loading, and React memoization techniques.

- Familiarity with agile development processes, including Scrum or Kanban, and the use of tools like Jira or Trello for task management.

- Familiarity with TypeScript in React.

- Experience with Next.js or other React-based frameworks.

- Knowledge of Node.js for full-stack development or server-side rendering
