Higher managers are non-technical who handle technical part worselly. Basically they are dependent on employees under them. Lot of politics happens. Most of the employees are from Odissa State. They do favourisum to odia people mostly. The company have friends and family members (VPs). Managers literally pressurise fresher for no reasons. Mostly they hire freshers and put on projects. Very few experiance and knowledable employees are working here. Taking about HR, HR works are very slow in work and they don't even reply properly of your mails if you have doubts. Managers extend probation period for not reason and don't confirm probation on time. The company basically works in Monitoring and Functional Testing. They don't have good grip in development. I was working in development. They have build few products for automation testing and monitoring of application in house project with lot of bugs and worse code quality, I doubt that they work properlly. They trying to sale this products to other companies also. They are always having water issues in there building. They do bond when you join for fresher its 2 years and for experience person 1 years bond is compalsory. Bond is like a trap. Because once you join and find out reality about company then you can't resign otherwise you have to pay 1 years salary compansation for fresher and 3 month salary for experiance. Company timing is (Monday to Saturday -> 2nd and 4th Saturday is off) 9.30 to 7.30 but mostly it could extend till 7 to 8 PM. Mangers do micromanagement of employees. They told employees to write entry and exit time daily and it is mandatory to complete 9 hr of working. They call for work on weekends and don't even pay OT or give comp off. -Very less salary -Work Monday to Saturday(2nd and 4th Sat holiday) -Freshers are not paid well(if fresher has got 4 LPA then he will get apprx 14k-15k during his probation period) -Many employees working here in 2 - 3 LPA as Manual testers, IT support and Production support. -Company has bonds of 2 years. You have to give compensation of 1 year salary if you leave in bond period. -Probation period is till 6 months and can be extended for few more months(Most of the time probation is extended for few months) -No Holiday till probation period. -Probation will get extended if taken holiday for any kind of work. -No Welcome Kit provided -Laptop provided here is very cheap quality and lags most of the time. -No Welcome party -No feeling of achievement after joining company - Water problem -Small Canteen(gets crowded during lunch hours) -Very bad Management -No Reimbursement (If provided then very less in some cases) -No food facility(you have to manage your lunch/Avail tiffin facility). -No job security(You can get fired anytime if performance is not good). -Very less salary growth(people working with starting salary 2lpa can get 4lpa in 2-3yrs, employees with 4-5 LPA can get upto 8 LPA in 2-3 years....Read More

Hr team never answer your calls, mails and messages. Given very bad increment. Never act professionally they are not follow the processes to pass the information. Communicate with employees by call not by mail which makes many miscommunication issues help them to play with your job by playing politics.

It’s a good place for freshers you can get a job easily for a fresher and get valuable experience. At this time this is very important as many companies don’t give a chance to freshers where ApMoSys gives.

Dislikes

When you are on bench it’s like a jail. When you are working on client site , you’ll never get any recognization. You will get awards and cheers only of you are working at there office or you are a very close person to them. This was demotivating for me.

There is nothing to like about Apmosys. One of the worst companies. Also you will fine majority of good to best reviews as all the actual bad reviews are deleted or flagged by the company managenent. So that their true colours are not shown. All the good reviews are actually fake

Everything! There is no diversity in this company as the higher management is from a particular eastern state and majority of the staff is also from there and are completely favoured ans biased. Lots and lots of interference and micromanagement from the Lady CTO. No traings are provided the new commer should know everything from the1st day if ur experienced. Work culture is very frustrating. Department head and project manager behave rudely with employees. No respect to your work at all. Female candidates are asked to stay in office even after 8 pm even when the tasks are already done within timeframe. No respect for female employees. Even after doing late night work and giving efforts they don’t consider it for appraisal.

.Have to work on alternate Saturday. .Payment is not on time, sometimes it delay. .Have to work on client side, they not provide traveling allowance .HR and other staff's ignores the mail and not replied to it. .If resources working on client side they ignore until resources are released from client .No bonus, no any special allowance on special occasions.
