Work culture is very frustrating. Department head and project manager behave rudely with employees. No respect to your work at all. Female candidates are asked to stay in office even after 8 pm even when the tasks are already done within timeframe. No respect for female employees. Even after doing late night work and giving efforts they don’t consider it for appraisal.

.Have to work on alternate Saturday. .Payment is not on time, sometimes it delay. .Have to work on client side, they not provide traveling allowance .HR and other staff's ignores the mail and not replied to it. .If resources working on client side they ignore until resources are released from client .No bonus, no any special allowance on special occasions.

-Very less salary -Work Monday to Saturday(2nd and 4th Sat holiday) -Freshers are not paid well(if fresher has got 4 LPA then he will get apprx 14k-15k during his probation period) -Many employees working here in 2 - 3 LPA as Manual testers, IT support and Production support. -Company has bonds of 2 years. You have to give compensation of 1 year salary if you leave in bond period. -Probation period is till 6 months and can be extended for few more months(Most of the time probation is extended for few months) -No Holiday till probation period. -Probation will get extended if taken holiday for any kind of work. -No Welcome Kit provided -Laptop provided here is very cheap quality and lags most of the time. -No Welcome party -No feeling of achievement after joining company - Water problem -Small Canteen(gets crowded during lunch hours) -Very bad Management -No Reimbursement (If provided then very less in some cases) -No food facility(you have to manage your lunch/Avail tiffin facility). -No job security(You can get fired anytime if performance is not good). -Very less salary growth(people working with starting salary 2lpa can get 4lpa in 2-3yrs, employees with 4-5 LPA can get upto 8 LPA in 2-3 years....Read More

They best part is they listen to your problems and also give change and appreciate if you are capable enough . Good for freshers and experience too . My experience was very good

The only thing i dislike is the middle management is not good . I meanto say the Team lead, floor manger . I am happy with the top management but the drack back is the upper management will come to know things only from middle management team and hence wrong things are going in upper management
