Salary is as per market value, and paid on time. Many office parties for managers and above. Yearly bonus = 2 months salary. Decent appraisals if you have good terms with your manager (and your manager is strong enough to defend your stance)

Where do I even start? Toxic work culture - favoritism, and gossips are common and acted upon Unnecessary pressure - be ready to face criticism from the COO even if you are achieving 100% productivity and >95% quality Most Directors or Associate Directors are 'yes men' HR is a puppet - they make policies to please the management and have no regard for employee well-being No work life balance - extra hours and weekend working is common and expected from everyone (at least in India) HR will exploit as much as they can - only way is to threaten a lawsuit to get them to do the bare minimum HR team practically has kids to manage key functions - they discuss salaries with people as if its just normal practice to know everyone's salary Admin team is a joke - the person leading it is not competent to handle his position...Read More

Car parking facilities are only for senior manager and above sue to over excessive parking in the building but still sometimes it feels little bit bad that we can park our car in the office building rest everything is good about the organisation.
