My journey feel likes I am getting exploited no promotion, no growth, salary hike of 5 percent after getting appreciation from seniors hahahaha feel like joke to me now. There are no work life balance and life inside dataflow is pathetic after 2020, management failures, no HR intervention also no power with them. Compensation came late more than 2 months now.
