Well, I am short of words to explain the company, I am still working here since an year now. My journey feel likes I am getting exploited no promotion, no growth, salary hike of 5 percent after getting appreciation from seniors hahahaha feel like joke to me now. Work Details

There are no work life balance and life inside dataflow is pathetic after 2020, management failures, no HR intervention also no power with them. Compensation came late more than 2 months now.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
