You will have work life balance but not in verification team. Lots of work pressure during some parts of year as every year people leave (voluntarily) and are replaced by new ones

Pay scales are too low as compared to BPO and they want to work as BPO

you will have lots of pressure in verification team as compared to other teams. So if they offer you job in verification team you. An say no and good bye. 6-7 months there is no pressure in verifications but for 5-6 months there is a lot of pressure
