Not Supporting at all. Laid off in the lockdown and reason given was that I'm less than 2 years of tenure in the company. Terrible Policies. No job security. Managers not know how to manage in this time of Pandemic. They just laid off all employees under 2 years tenure with only 15 days of compensation.

No manageable policies of the company. No Job Security. So much politics in the company. Managers don't know how to react in this time of Pandemic. They just laid off the employees under the tenure of 2 years.

Starting was good, but, later when became known about the politics that is played in the comapany every good things went to vain.

The environment was great. Teammates were quite in tasks. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

At this critical situation covid 19, management is not taking fair decision, they follow nepotism and favouritism for their near and dear ones, I am also facing the big challenge in this situation. I have no job and unable to support my family in this pandemic 😒😔.

There is nothing you wud appreciate about the company.No growth,people are stuck at the same level where they were 5-6 years back. Only top mgmt across is paid huge and never want to leave their position (after all there is not much wrk) and others are paid peanuts in appraisals. The only good thing is the no of holidays in an year.

Dislikes

Leadership at top level is futile (even the Deputy COO is INEFFECTUAL). Especially the Director or HR &Training, She feels her skin color and cracking lame jokes sitting in HR cabin is her best achievement (mind you she is paid heavily for that). Another wasted position is Training Sr. Manger (vishal upreti).Using company internet, reading novels,Sitting idle, stories of self-pity , and getting heavy pay cheque for that - WOW. Join the brand if it is your stop gap option. Dont expect you will achieve great heights here.Work is not much though lot ppl pretend they are drowning in it.. LOL.If you ever approach mgmt or HR- dont expect anything in return coz leadership is hopeless.
