There are no work life balance and life inside dataflow is pathetic after 2020, management failures, no HR intervention also no power with them. Compensation came late more than 2 months now.

The environment was great. Teammates were quite in tasks. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

You will enjoy nothing here as the management is not focused, As for sometimes they will ask you for quality and then very next day they will ask you to focus on quantity. But one thing to enjoy is if you are incompetent then you will meet your friends here.

Only top mgmt across is paid huge and never want to leave their position (after all there is not much wrk) and others are paid peanuts in appraisals. Leadership at top level is futile (even the Deputy COO is INEFFECTUAL). Especially the Director or HR &Training, She feels her skin color and cracking lame jokes sitting in HR cabin is her best achievement (mind you she is paid heavily for that). Another wasted position is Training Sr. Manger (vishal upreti).Using company internet, r eading novels,Sitting idle, stories of self-pity , and getting heavy pay cheque for that - WOW. Join the brand if it is your stop gap option. Dont expect you will achieve great heights here.Work is not much though lot ppl pretend they are drowning in it.. LOL.If you ever approach mgmt or HR- dont expect anything in return coz leadership is hopeless.
