Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts! We strive to compensate our Tigers fairly, and we will continue to review our compensation packages against industry standards. We want to ensure our Tigers feel valued and appreciated for their hard work! We certainly value hard work and results across the company. But we also seek to encourage rest and balance for all our team members. With a fully global remote workforce, we offer a flexible schedule across time zones. For some, however, this can create the impression we expect work 24/7 – which is certainly not the case! We are working diligently to correct this misperception when it arises, going team by team, manager by manager. We ask our managers to closely monitor their teams’ weekly workload and regularly add team members when we see working hours increasing. We are committed to ensuring our teams are not overburdened. In 2021, we updated and increased our paid leave day policy to ensure our team members all over the globe can take time when they need it. We believe Tigers need to rest before they can do their best work! While we don’t currently offer traditional healthcare coverage, we do offer many other unique benefits (like 100% remote work). We will continue to evaluate our compensation packages (for both employees and contractors) to ensure they are fair and equitable. As we continue to grow, we will also consider potential healthcare plans as an addition to our employee compensation package. Take Care, Melissa
