Dedicated teams throughout the company. Permanent work from home and flexible timings at its best. Transparency about everything is a really commendable thing. The executive teams' always striving hard to make everything better for the employees/contractors. Extremely supportive colleagues.
All 7 days working - gets extremely exhausting even with flexible timings. Workload is mostly high due to which availing leaves/week offs becomes close to impossible. Work involves mostly manual tasks which cannot be automated.

With flexible work, it can sometimes feel that you are expected to work 7 days but it is not a requirement.
