We want to clarify that we do not require our team to work seven days a week—everyone is entitled to time off. While time off may not always be granted simultaneously for all team members, we make sure everyone has the flexibility to manage their personal and professional commitments. Regarding compensation, we believe in rewarding performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed for everyone, as they are tied to performance levels. Our top performers, whom we call "Olympians," receive full bonuses and generous raises. Others are rewarded based on their individual contributions and the overall performance of the company. Thanks for being a Tiger and contributing to LARVOL. But we also seek to encourage rest and balance for all our team members. With a fully global remote workforce, we offer a flexible schedule across time zones. For some, however, this can create the impression we expect work 24/7 – which is certainly not the case! We are working diligently to correct this misperception when it arises, going team by team, manager by manager. We ask our managers to closely monitor their teams’ weekly workload and regularly add team members when we see working hours increasing. We are committed to ensuring our teams are not overburdened.
