Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoy the flexible work and pay at LARVOL. We endeavor to provide a positive work-life balance and flexible work schedules play are an important aspect of it. With flexible work, it can sometimes feel that you are expected to work 7 days but it is not a requirement. We urge Tigers to take time off every week. If you feel you are unable to take time off, please speak with your immediate manager. Once again, thank you for your feedback.

With a fully global remote workforce, we offer a flexible schedule across time zones. For some, however, this can create the impression we expect work 24/7 – which is certainly not the case! We are working diligently to correct this misperception when it arises, going team by team, manager by manager. We ask our managers to closely monitor their teams’ weekly workload and regularly add team members when we see working hours increasing. We are committed to ensuring our teams are not overburdened.
