The company is virtual based and completely transparent. Everybody in the company is independent and self sufficient of their own tasks. I love the fact that I am part of a team which has so many working women who are all superwomen when it comes to managing everything at hand. An added point is that team collaboration is carried onextremely well. I have worked at a different place before and at the end of the day the internal team politics exhausted me, I am very happy to say that I haven't seen that here. Dislikes

I am new and haven't seen a lot to comment here but one concern that keeps coming on to my mind is about career growth. Also, apart from permanent work from home, we do not get any benefits at all. We have to pay for Microsoft office tools even, to start with, then for the antivirus, adobe etc. If the paid apps that we use on a daily basis are covered by the company, that would be of great help.

Work Details

I handle a few weekly reports and also work on ad hoc projects. My work is fairly simple but requires a lot of attention to detail. It might seem like it's monotonous but I have always found each day as challenging and as new as the other.

No Job security, Compensation is very less compared to market rate, No other benefits at all, Late night tasks and no weekly off. Need to work during weekends as well

The main advantage of this job is wfh, which helps the people who want to even after having kid. The management is good and respects each and every persons opinion.
