I have been working from last 3.5yrs. I like flexible timings, excellent work culture, respect and recognition of every persons opinion, many things to learn if you are eager to and everyone is so supportive either seniors or juniors

Only average compensation, it is not as per market std.

Terrible no other words! Especially managers are so unprofessional. Bruno is a good person. Rest all including HR is so worse and incapable with no communication skills.

No values, Very low pay, worst company standards, no HR policy, politics and so many good employees leave.

Advise: Decentralize decision-making, empower team leaders, stop micromanaging, trust employees, pay fairly, offer career growth, and create a secure, collaborative, and trust-driven work environment.

...calls under the guise of "fun activities," further disrupting work-life balance. Extremely poor pay—not competitive with industry standards. No salary hikes—employees are expected to work harder without any financial recognition. No career growth—no structured learning, mentorship, or professional development. Zero job security—people can be let go anytime without proper justification. High workload with little to no recognition or appreciation. Disorganized processes that hinder efficiency and make work chaotic. Toxic work environment with no respect for employee well-being.

The company has excellent working environment. Its much concerned about employees and gives proper work-life balance, flexibility and respect for all employees. Leadership team is always concerned about team's growth and development opportunities. Leave policies are in place. None of the outstanding work gets unrecognized. Very Organiszed company.

Compensation is decent but can be better compared to industry standards.
