it is a place where one can learn more about the core sector which is electricity and power in my case. However beyond this with respect to tools and methodology mapping and planning there is really not much of a learning which can be expected from this company.

Compensation is below benchmark and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day without any extra compensation. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. The management has a fixed mind-set towards the business process. The hard work done mostly goes unnoticed during the annual/mid appraisals. Despite of on-job training for freshers senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

You will get to see lots of office dinosaurs who are not efficient enough to serve the organisation but holding senior positions. 6. HRs are noting but the puppets of managers. 7. A good place for shoe lickers. 8. They are yet to implement any advanced BI tools. 9. Primitive culture across the organisation as most of the APMs, practice heads are iconoclasts. 10. They force employees to fill timesheet with incorrect details. Managers & practice head clearly instruct to fill timesheet with 8hrs/day even after making associates to work for 15 hours a day.
