Job security in a contractor role is inherently different from traditional employment, and this is clearly communicated upfront. In a fully remote setting, we provide resources and guidance, but success here depends on self-initiative and adaptability. While we don’t offer in-person, step-by-step training found in traditional office settings, our leadership team remains accessible, though response times may vary due to different time zones. We understand that contract based remote work isn’t for everyone, but those who succeed here are self-starters who thrive in a fast paced, agile environment. We’re sorry this wasn’t the right fit for you, but we appreciate your time with us and wish you the best in your career.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts! We certainly value hard work and results across the company. But we also seek to encourage rest and balance for all our team members. With a fully global remote workforce, we offer a flexible schedule across time zones. For some, however, this can create the impression we expect work 24/7 – which is certainly not the case! We are working diligently to correct this misperception when it arises, going team by team, manager by manager. We ask our managers to closely monitor their teams’ weekly workload and regularly add team members when we see working hours increasing. We are committed to ensuring our teams are not overburdened.
