As such, we all handle work pressure differently too. If you are finding the work pressure to be too high for you, I urge you to discuss this with your manager. Thank you for sharing your experience. It is great to hear that you appreciate the remote work, your colleagues and the leadership of our Executive Tigers. Being transparent and approachable is an integral part of the LARVOL culture. We endeavor to provide a positive work-life balance and never want our Tigers to feel overworked. We recently updated our paid time off policies and make every effort to ensure our Tigers are able to take the needed time off. With flexible work, it can sometimes feel that you are expected to work 7 days but it is not a requirement. If a team member feels they are unable to take time off due to their workload, we urge them to explore opportunities for time off with their immediate manager.
