I never saw any training process happening which is the problem for many issues in the hospital especially related to patient care TRAINING WOULD HAVE BEEN APPROPRIATE AT VARIOUS LEVELS FROM HOUSE KEEPING LEVEL TO NURSES TO MANAGERS ETC so that they would have got a clear idea of their contribution to the process or system as a whole.
