Likes

Very poor quality of management. No knowledge of school work culture. Not a good decision maker. Money making , No life skill training for the children. No freedom to work freely.

I was working to think that school is giving food and shelter to me and my family. But I was terminated without giving any notice to me showing the cause to others not me that my daughter got highest marks in 10 th board exam. Very poor management. Not a good decision maker.Never think in a broad point of view. Wants to make short time gain. No library, no labs, No physical training, No research , No counseling....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
