The founder of the company displays unprofessional behavior and clear favoritism. While she may initially seem welcoming, any disagreement or constructive criticism is met with blame and unprofessional outbursts. I've seen her yelling and scolding employees in public and at networking events. Her unpredictable mood often leads to calls at any hour. Favoritism is especially evident in her hiring decisions, where friends and relatives are chosen, and their mistakes are overlooked. On the other hand, employees hired through job portals often face lot of difficulties and challenges. Overall, my experience with this company has been largely negative and toxic. Full of politics. Bias culture. Unrealistic targets. No bonuses or rewards even after multiples promises. Very unprofessional conduct: ill- mannered and untrained managers, inappropriate behaviour. Extreme lack of professionalism.
