Akash Sir is the only motivation to work here. Rest everything is disappointing.

Dislikes

Compensation : pathetic. I have done what not in the company, say : reviewing legal MOUs, Cold Calls, Client visits, Lead generation, Marketing activities, on site promotions, primary and secondary researches, vendor management, sales. For LD, increment is not more than 2 K, and whats humorous is, they deduct money during full n final payment for things as small as a crack in a used laptop plastic body. I wonder: on one hand they insist to keep a rise of 2k for say 3 to 5 months and when you resign they deduct 5k. Also, absolutely no training, no HR support in terms of : NO salary slips, no PF, No gratuity, no insurance etc. Managers do not value individual efforts, which is why every individual holds back the suggestions. Working in a start up, MDs expect you to do a lot of things,but during appraisal any one can sense the discomfort. They would tell you a hundred things, would assure you about job security but does nothing when time comes. It is sad!...Read More
