They fully concentrate on business and they won’t protect any employer to save jobs in pandemic crisis Even few of my team mates got sudden recession And if anyone interested to work in this organisation then work for in house projects Don’t work for outsourcing projects

Dislikes

No response and no appraisals for giving good boost up to employees And even managers are not at all responsible for any quires Overall Organization is very very good but inside few of managers are need to check the employees concerns

How to handle notice period and repay relocation allowance & joining Bonus agreement

I am joined my current organization on 13 May 2024 now i get a offer from another company and they want i join before 20th Apr 2025(90 days' notice period). But if i leave current company before 1 year i need to repay all relocation allowance and joining Bonus. How i Tackle this situation ? any one who face same situation can help me
