Only flexible timings working days(Mon-Fri).

Dislikes

LTTS have almost all the top 100 MNC's as client but the work culture is so frustrating that once they assign employee on client project then whatever client wants we have to do. No L&T management will help into this. And engineers will suffer a lot.

How to handle notice period and repay relocation allowance & joining Bonus agreement

I am joined my current organization on 13 May 2024 now i get a offer from another company and they want i join before 20th Apr 2025(90 days' notice period). But if i leave current company before 1 year i need to repay all relocation allowance and joining Bonus. How i Tackle this situation ? any one who face same situation can help me
