There no job security. If client ramps down resources, you will called one day in office and forced to resign. During lockdown they has done this to many people even with 10+ years experience. Salary growth is meagre. Well below the current inflation rate. Meanwhile company is posting record profits in quarterly reports with share price reaching all time high!

I got the highest rating in Appraisal. But recieved salary growth of just 2 percent. Imagine what the average performer would have got. Meanwhile they are paying new joiners 50 to 60 percent hikes.
