Overall good as it gives you long term onsite opportunities with mostly work life balance culture and job security is quite assured unless you do blunders in your job

Dislikes

Very low salary offered as per competative market with less chance of appraisals. Politics of ethnicity, favoratism etc, and worst part is that you will spoil your career due to wrong skilled job offered in name of onsite opportunities which has no relevance with your skill set.
