The projects that we work on are pretty much stable. New skills can be picked up as and when required during the execution of the project.

Dislikes

Too much politics and backbiting. Company policies are too rigid and the top management do not take the feedback of the employees seriously. Very little facilities provided for the benefit of the employees.
