If you are working under a good Account Delivery Manager then only you will be a very good engineer at ltts. Management team will play with you in a very short time 😁 be careful of it. Working resource get a bunch of work but non working resource are safe even not less productivity. Get a projects in ltts not a cup of tea. If yourrelationship is not good in ltts. They will hold your salary and force you to resign. They have taken me and could not give proper training due to unavailability of the resources and no any proper path. After some months they started tell me about virtual bench policy in that they will not give any salary. My colleague's salary is held which is more than 1.5Lakhs for no reasons in virtual bench period.
