At L&T Technology services you can explore different-different skills, work life balance is also good, you may get permanently WFH ( it depends on project and manger if there is no hardware related work most probably you will get WFH).

Dislikes

Here promotion/appraisal is terrible, even after good rating you will get very low increment. Sometime there is some biasing in rating (it's depends on your manager).

They don't have any specific policies and will the management team will tell you lies at the time of interview, unnecessary bonds, no work life balance as people our working 12 to 14 hrs a day. The biggest thing is they have the money for constructing new buildings but don't have the money for employees, no bonuses.

If u just want to live a life with regular pace, as u r localised, then this company keeps u going. However, with not the hikes you deserve, it's just bit up from the local companies, that's why u can't left them, however u really feel, being here it's definitely not the thing u wanted ever.

Dislikes

Hikes, Payscale, Appraisals, Evaluation are just the way they wanted, not what u deserve. With a cherry of Dirty Politics on it.
