In My 3 years of diligent service to this company, What I got in return of diligency & hardwork is I was benched, got no project and finally I was asked to resign without any proper & Justifiable reason. Team Leads & Managers bench employees for personal vendetta, For speaking up to injustice/misbehaviour at workplace. These people don't deserve to be in any workplace.

Dislikes

If there was an option of rating less than 1 , I would rate that to this organization, specifically the work culture of this company. Illiterate Team leads, Managers are running Teams and illiterate employees are being hired. With no communication, etiquettes.

No scope for promotion and salary increment for many years. With the layoffs in recent months, job security is also a concern

Project is not that much of good, and my new manager behaviour I don't like he simply forget humanity and giving only work pressure

For diversity roles kyndryl is the best and you will never seen such benifits for diversity roles. And we can up skill ourselves a lot.

Dislikes

Work life balance is depends upon the project and coming on appraisals and promotions are not upto the mark that is on the only drawback in this.

Makes me feel proud to work for Kyndryl. it is a good company due to work culture, support for learning and certification and support from resource manager for career progression.

Redeployment process is not at all fair with the bench people . I feel know people are getting redeployed . During redeployment interview , recoding should be there and that recording should be audited . In my case .I have give 3 interview and interview was excellent , but I did not get selected, there was no reason .

Few projects that allow to work from home. It's IT services of kyndryl not as IBM

IBM culture best place to work they need to manage bench more efficiently mist of the skilled kyndryl Ian's/ IBM ers left the organization Amy how it's a temp phase they need to get more aggressive in onboarding accounts

Kyndryl today has to be more focused on onboarding new clients existing ones are leaving they are more focussing on Indian markets than international

There is no job security. you can be thrown out in a very short notice. Leadership talks of empathy only in words, but when they decide to remove people, this word is anonymous to them. They are cut throat to just meet their number and nothing beyond that. They don't even care about the performance ratings ,they are only categorizing people based on how old they are and how much are they costing to the company. This is not a fair play....Read More

It is a very nice place to work and give opportunities to grow in the career. I had been in this organisation form from 2012. I got many opportunities and learned many things to grow in the career.

Dislikes

HR and case management team is not at all working properly. They don’t know how to do the case study and just listening one or two people and taking the decision and using the power of spoiling somebody carrier. Many time I had told to do the proper investigation and connect with entire team to do a proper investigation but they didnot listen they were just threatening me you will be terminated. I had not given the chance to proof my self. I had provided all the evidence to case management team but I am not sure what they were deciding. Case management or committee should connect with entire team to get the feedback not just listening one or two people and take the decisions. I would request to please initiate the process whom should be recognised because getting recognition it spoiling the career it looks like this in Kyndryl. I would request you to please connect with Padmavathi from case management team who does not do the proper investigation, don’t know who have hired her for HR case management team. She dose not to proper investigation and does not know the process. What happen with me it looks like it was planned properly and there was many other people were involved in this. There is no process defined whom to appreciate or whom not to appreciate, I would request you to please initiate the process. As a manager there are many circumstances we need to take a call to make the business run smoothly at the same time few people don’t understand which is causing issues.
