Actually I don't like nothing about Kurians Opticals

I worked there for 9months. Before that I worked in an eye hospital. I worked there for 3years and 8months. So I went to Kurians Opticals after getting this much years of experience. But I didn't get much salary there. As an Optical shop later I also take part in sales section. But then also there was no increment in my salary. Even though i worked there for 9 months and they didn't make me as a permanent staff in their company that was against the law for employers. However I quit my job from there....Read More

It was hurting. Because I didn't get any benefits from there. Before working in Kurians Opticals I worked in an eye hospital for 3 years and 8months. After that I went to Kurians Opticals as an Optometrist.

Actually i left kurians.. But it was nice exp.. we can improve our self, and modify for future.. collegue are good.. Im satisfied in working condition.. Great support from account heads.. Very friendly and helpful if u work nice..

Dislikes

Career growth is one of the main problem.. and compensation is never tally with your work..
